Peace Arch Provincial Park is located on the border of Canada and the United States near Surrey, BC. The Peace Arch itself was the world’s first monument to peace, and has symbolic importance for its public message of kinship and shared ideals between the two countries.
Historic resources within this park include the Peace Arch monument, picnic shelter, gazebo and gardens.

Alexandra Bridge Provincial Park is located at the site of the original Cariboo Wagon Road bridge over the Fraser River. The Bridge provides spectacular views of the canyon and is valued as a symbol of the continued use of this location as a key crossing point of the Fraser River.

Newcastle Island Marine Provincial Park has a shoreline dominated by steep sandstone cliffs, beautiful beaches, rocky caves, and mature native tree species. It is valued as an example of the dry Gulf Islands landscape and as a former summer resort destination.

Coquihalla Canyon Provincial Park is located in the breathtaking Coquihalla Canyon, significant for its sheer vertical walls and spectacular views. Five former railway tunnels, cut through the solid rock in a straight line, are valued as an engineering marvel and for their location near the convergence of several historic trails.

Tribune Bay Provincial Park is noted for its incredible stretch of white sandy beach, and the dramatic cave and hoodoo-like formations in the nearby rock faces. The land has heritage value as one of the first post-contact pre-emptions and farms on Hornby Island.

Fintry Provincial Park extends from Lake Okanagan to the mountains, including deep canyons, a series of waterfalls, and the former Fintry farm. The farmland is valued as an example of the development of the orchard and dairy industries in the Okanagan.
